Ascent Strategic Management Group Pvt. Ltd. is conceived and incorporated to undertake the vital management functions of Strategic and Long Range planning and related activities. The Company will carry out these tasks for the clients and associate Corporate, both on a continuing basis as well as one-time inputs to the corporate activity. For carrying out these tasks the Company will follow a model, which is different from the available and existing services.

We are of the firm belief that the Strategic and Long range planning issues cannot be assessed correctly and solutions generated unless the challenges and problems are studied and analysed in their totality and holistically. For this we have created a large talent pool in every possible area, which can have bearing on the process. Our Associate Consultants cover each of this area and each one of them has had first hand experience of the problems and solutions. These experts will be able to provide the solution matrix for the clients.

We also believe that continuity and institutionalization of such service is very vital specially when the issues themselves are strategic and long term in nature. Accordingly the client will deal with the Company, which will further coordinate the continuity aspect. The large talent pool allows the Company to guarantee this aspect.

As part of our endeavor and to generate interest in the Strategic and long-range issues affecting a particular industry segment, we will be holding Industry Seminars. These Seminars are designed to focus on the key issues and to help delegates to evolve the Planning model and provide working inputs. These Seminars will also help the delegates to identify future opportunities and devise methodology for taking advantage of the same.
