Description
We are involved in manufacturing a vast array of Fast Drying Synthetic Adhesive With Aliphatic Resin, item Code (ANUPOL-RAPIDEX). These have good resistant to heat & water imparting excellent handling strength. Widely used in time bound projects, these are very labor and cost effective.
Procedures to apply these adhesives:
- Surfaces to be bonded should be properly cleaned and free from dust, dirt, oil, etc.
- Finish applying the adhesive and pressing of the surfaces to be bonded within 10 minutes.
- Keep the bonded surfaces under pressure with tape, nail etc. The bonded surfaces achieve handling strength in just 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Time to achieve bonding strength depends on the environmental conditions.
- Apply this adhesive on both the surfaces to be bonded. In case one surface is more porous than other, the adhesive should be applied first on the less porous surface.
We offer following packaging scheme to our clients:
- In Plastic Containers: 1 kg, 2kg. 5kg and 10kg.
- In Carboys: 20kg and 50kg.
